These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://naturesafe.in/ (the “Site”), including all information, tools, features, dashboards, event listings, product pages, blog content, contact forms, chatbot, WhatsApp integration, and related services provided by Vinayaka Business Services, doing business as Nature Safe (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Site in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

An events platform allowing users to:

View event organisers and venues
Register for or participate in events (where enabled)
Create and manage events via Organizer Dashboard (for authorised users)
Dashboards, including but not limited to:
Event Dashboard
Organizer Dashboard
Any other user or admin dashboards we may introduce
Contact and enquiry forms, including “Request a Quote” functionality
Chatbot and WhatsApp chat integrations for support and queries
Any other features or services we may add from time to time
2.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or services at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Certain features of the Site (such as dashboards, event creation, and content submission) may require you to register an account.
3.2 When registering, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
Not share your account with others or allow others to access your account

5. Events Platform
5.1 The Site includes an events platform that may allow:
Listing of events (the “Events”)
Display of event organisers (“Organisers”) and event venues (“Venues”)
Registration or participation in Events (where enabled)
Creation and management of Events by authorised Organisers via the Organizer Dashboard
5.2 Event Organisers
If you create or manage an Event as an Organiser, you agree that:
All information you provide (event title, description, dates, venue, pricing, images, etc.) is accurate, current, and not misleading
You have all necessary rights and permissions to publish the Event and any associated content (including images, logos, and text)
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the Event (including permits, safety, and consumer protection laws)
You are responsible for fulfilling any commitments made to participants (e.g., event delivery, refunds if applicable)
5.3 Event Participants
If you register for or participate in an Event via the Site:
Your registration is subject to the Event’s own terms and conditions (if any), which may include cancellation, refund, and conduct policies
We act as a platform provider and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are not the organiser of the Event
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of Events listed on the Site
5.4 No Endorsement
Listing an Event, Organiser, or Venue on the Site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by us. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before participating in or engaging with any Event, Organiser, or Venue.
5.5 Modifications and Cancellations
Organisers may modify or cancel Events in accordance with their own policies. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from Event changes or cancellations, except as required by law.
6. User Content and Submissions
6.1 “User Content” means any content you submit, upload, post, or transmit on or through the Site, including:
Event details and descriptions
Organiser and venue profiles
Blog posts, comments, and articles
Images, videos, documents, and other media
Messages via contact forms, chatbot, or WhatsApp
6.2 You represent and warrant that:
You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to your User Content
Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights)
Your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate these Terms
6.3 License to Us
By submitting User Content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to:
Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site and our services
Sub-license these rights to our service providers as necessary to operate the Site
This license continues even after you stop using the Site, to the extent necessary for us to continue operating and promoting existing content, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6.4 Removal of Content
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to:

7.4 Restrictions
